Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 2 Cups Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 3 Cups Broccoli florets
- 6 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1-2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions with a dash of salt and cook until soft and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
