At Fresh by 4Roots, we’re committed to bringing you fresh, high-quality, locally grown produce and meat straight to your doorstep. Below you’ll find details about our delivery options, schedules, fees, and important guidelines.

Delivery Availability

We currently offer local delivery within select areas of Florida.

  • Available delivery days are automatically shown at checkout based on your address.

  • If delivery isn’t available in your area, you may choose a pickup option at a designated location.

Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Tuesday through Friday

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 8:00 AM are scheduled for the next available delivery day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered on the following eligible day.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.

  • Fees typically range from $8 to $25, depending on your location.

  • We strive to keep fees as low as possible while ensuring your order arrives fresh and on time.

Order Fulfillment

  • All orders are packed with care to preserve freshness and quality.

  • Perishable items are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging when necessary.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been processed.

Pickup Options

Prefer to pick up your order?

  • Pickup is available at 1918 W Princeton St, Orlando, FL 32804 on select days.

  • Pickup availability will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Beyond Local Areas

We’re actively working to expand our delivery network to serve customers outside our current zones. Stay tuned for future updates!

Missed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • If no one is available, the driver will leave your order in a safe location.

  • Please note: Fresh by 4Roots cannot guarantee the quality of items left unattended for an extended period.
