Ingredients:

  • ½ Small onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Long grain white rice
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Broccoli chopped
  • ⅓ cup Light cream
  • ⅓ Cup Light cream
  • ½ Cup Sharp cheddar shredded
  • 2 tsp Parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook onion in butter over medium heat until tender.
