To order, visit freshby4roots.com, select your items, and choose Store Pickup, Local Delivery, or Shipping. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order ID.
Yes, we offer local delivery within a 30-mile radius of our warehouse, including Orlando and surrounding areas. If you're outside the delivery zone, shipping is also available on limited items (Ex: All Local CSA Box).
Pickup is available at the following locations:
- 4Roots Warehouse: Tuesday–Friday 10 AM–3 PM
- 4Roots Farmers Market: 2nd Saturday of every month
- Oakland Farmers Market: 4th Thursday of every month
- Lake Nona Farmers Market: 3rd Wednesday of every month
- 4Roots Warehouse: Drive up to the curbside pickup area (look for green signs) and text your name and order ID to 407-955-5301.
- Farmers Markets: Visit us at the Mobile Market
Your order will be prepared for the selected date and location. We will notify you via text and email when your order is ready for pickup.
Yes, they just need to provide the order ID and the name under which the order was placed.
If you miss your pickup window, your order will be available at the next available time slot.
Yes! Simply place another order and include both order IDs in the notes section. We’ll package your purchases together.
If you place a second Local Delivery order we will refund the 2nd delivery fee if they are sent together.
If an item is not available online, it may be out of stock or discontinued. We update our inventory regularly, so check back for availability.
If an item is missing, it may have been out of stock or didn't meet quality standards. You will be refunded for any missing items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
We use minimal plastic packaging to ensure freshness. If you prefer no plastic, please mention it in your order notes, and we will accommodate your request.
The date indicates the day the milk was collected. Raw milk is freshest within seven days of this date and can last up to three weeks.
Yes! The 4Roots Farmers Market is open the second Saturday of every month from 9 AM - 1 PM. We'd love to see you there!

While a majority of our offerings come from local farms, some produce may not be available in Florida year-round. In those cases, we source high-quality produce from trusted farms outside of the state to ensure you still get the freshest options possible.
Products that are locally grown will be labeled as such on our website. Look for our "Local" tag on product pages for clear identification. We’re committed to supporting local farmers and bringing fresh, Florida-grown items to your table.
Yes! We offer a variety of local and organic meat products, sourced from farms that practice humane animal husbandry and sustainable farming. You can find local, pasture-raised, and organic meat options listed on our website.
Subscriptions
To sign up for a subscription, simply select the product or box you want, choose the subscription option, and provide your payment details. Subscriptions will automatically renew based on your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.). You'll receive your items at your preferred delivery or pickup time.
Yes! You can easily update your subscription by logging into your account and modifying your order details, delivery preferences, or payment information. If you need help, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Once you’ve signed up, you can manage your subscription from your account dashboard. You can pause, cancel, or update your subscription, and review past orders.
If you need to skip a delivery, you can do so directly from your account dashboard. You can skip a specific week, and your subscription will automatically resume after that. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team.
Currently, SNAP EBT can only be used for one-time purchases, not subscription orders. For eligible items, you can pay with your SNAP EBT card during checkout for a single purchase.
Fresh Access Bucks (FAB) can only be applied to one-time purchases that include locally grown produce. At checkout, you can use your SNAP EBT card, and FAB will automatically apply as a discount for qualifying items on that order.

Yes! Through our partnership with Fresh Access Bucks, SNAP EBT customers can receive up to $40 in matching funds for locally grown produce. Just use your SNAP EBT card to purchase, and we'll automatically apply the discount to your order.
We proudly accept SNAP EBT as payment for eligible items. You can apply Fresh Access Bucks (FAB) to your order to receive a match on qualifying produce. Simply select the SNAP EBT payment option at checkout, and FAB will be applied to your order after purchase.

Fresh Access Bucks is a program that matches SNAP EBT purchases with additional funds to support the purchase of locally grown produce. For every dollar spent using SNAP EBT, you will receive a dollar-for-dollar match on eligible products like locally grown fruits, vegetables, and more. Yes, you can use Fresh Access Bucks for online orders placed through Fresh by 4Roots. The discount will be applied after your order is placed, and you'll receive a refund for locally grown items purchased with your SNAP EBT card.
