This Frozen Raw A2/A2 Jersey Cow's Milk is specially stored to preserve its freshness, freezing it as soon as it reaches the "One Week" mark from the milking date. When thawed, it can be used like fresh milk, although the cream may not separate as expected due to the fat molecules being burst from freezing.
