Raised and exhibited by Charles Hendley of South Lake 4-H, this beef comes from the 2025 Grand Champion Steer, recognized for exceptional quality, care, and craftsmanship. This special release celebrates the dedication of local youth livestock programs and the best of Florida agriculture.

Sirloin steak is prized for its balance of tenderness, rich flavor, and versatility. Leaner than some premium cuts while still delivering a satisfying beefy taste, it's an excellent choice for grilling, pan-searing, steak salads, fajitas, and weeknight dinners.

This is a one-time release. Once these sirloin steaks are sold out, there will never be another opportunity to purchase beef from this Grand Champion steer.
